Easter Triumph
Easter 2012 has found a special place in my personal history book.
It was the holiday when I found my cooking mojo, shook it about a bit for not being around before now and then set it on a number of kitchen projects. All of those projects have yielded success.
On Good Friday, the hot cross buns (above).
And today, the Easter Sunday lamb (below) accompanied by honey roasted carrots, green beans doused in herby yoghurt and dauphinoise potatoes.
A real success. No shouting and screaming. No disappointments. All very successful indeed.
