BBC Proms 2011: Prom 25 – Grainger

I’m sorry Benjamin. Your first night Liszt was brilliant. And I think you’re brilliant. And your performance was brilliant.

But, I suspect that Prom 25 (for me at least) may have just about clinched the award for ‘BBC Proms Revelation 2011′.

The Northern Sinfonia (I think) playing a paired down scoring of Percy Grainger’s Green Bushes. Here’s a cheeky embed of the entire work.
